A lot of people say that kegel exercises for men are effective to help stop premature ejaculation. It's true! However, it takes months of daily exercising. If you are willing to try it, this post is what you're looking for.
My post on lasting longer covers the main trick to follow if you want to see a major improvement. For even faster results, take a look at one of the ads that I have on both sides of this post.
A kegel exercise is the act of contracting your PC muscle, and it's been shown to help men perform better in bed, even though the exercises were initially intended for women. It's convenient because they can be done in public without anybody noticing it!
Before trying any of the following exercises, you must successfully locate your PC muscle first. To do this, try stopping while in the middle of urination. You'll feel your PC muscle flex, which is what you want to focus on.
Luckily for men, no weights or equipment are required. Make sure to follow the following exercises!
Kegel Exercises for Men
1) Flex and release the muscle as fast as you're able to do so. Do 5 contractions in a row, and try to get to about 25 a day.
2) Tighten the PC muscle and hold it for about 20-30 seconds. Repeat this twice daily.
This shouldn't take longer than a couple minutes a day. Here are a few things you must keep in mind while you're doing these kegel exercises:
- Do not hold your breath!
- Don't push the PC muscle down. The goal is to squeeze the muscle up. The best way to ensure you're doing this right is to simply imagine the muscle contracting up and down while you're doing the exercise.
- Relax the rest of your body. Don't use muscles in your stomach, thighs, etc.
- In between each "set" of exercises, make sure you allow your pelvic floor muscle to relax.
When you first start performing these exercises, limit yourself. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, stop, and try again later in the day or the next day. Keep raising the amount of reps you do daily, till you're doing about 20-30 reps of each exercise twice a day.
Keep in mind that Kegel exercises for your PC muscle are just like any other muscles. They'll require consistent efforts to truly strengthen the muscle. For some men, these exercises won't have much of an effect on sexual stamina. If that's the case, you can quit doing the exercises, and continue applying the main trick on my other blog post here:
